You'll need a work out timer

Use an online workout timer 

You'll need a workout timer if you are serious in doing interval training workouts. You can either buy one at your nearest gym shop , if you can't afford it , you can use this online version. Frankly I love the online version as it is easy to use.

From the example above , i set it so that every round is 50 seconds , rest is 10 seconds and its 12 rounds of the exercise. This is as recommended by bodypackers. Love it!
